The hotel provided complimentary tickets to an international car racing event that took place near the hotel. the location was great as it was near to the city center and was easily accessible by renting a scooter from the town. the staff were friendly and welcoming which added to the enjoyable experience.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't functioning properly which made for an uncomfortable night with limited sleeping. the surrounding area had a noisy bar nearby which played loud music into the late hours which made it difficult to fall asleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They assisted us in arranging transportation to explore nearby attractions, including Phanom Rung Khmer temples and the Senambin bird reservoir. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We also appreciated having easy transportation options, with the availability of bikes on the property and the possibility of walking to the city center.
Everything was spot on.

I had an enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel that provided a convenient location to explore the nearby attractions. the staff went out of their way to help me book transportation to visit the stunning Phanom Rung Khmer temples and other places of interest. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. the breakfast was a great way to start my day with a variety of options to choose from. I really appreciated the complimentary bike rental that enabled me to explore the city easily.
the staff did their best to resolve the issue and ensure my comfort.

The hotel had bikes available for rent, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and it was uncomfortably hot at times. The noise from neighboring establishments made sleeping difficult, especially on weekend nights.
